Rameelo is the ticketing and community platform for Garba, Dandiya, and Navratri events across the United States — built by and for the Gujarati diaspora. We make it effortless to discover, join, and organize the celebrations that keep our culture alive, wherever you are in the country.
We're an early, fast-moving team focused on capturing the Garba market through ticket sales, delivering high-quality products, and building a longevity brand that lasts generations. Every role here is fully remote, paid hourly, and owns real outcomes you can see in the hands of thousands of dancers every Navratri.
The Role
Create visually compelling marketing assets — flyers, social graphics, ads, and email art — that strengthen the Rameelo brand, capture attention in a crowded feed, and drive ticket sales, while keeping a consistent, premium visual identity across every event.
Compensation
$20 / hour
Part-time · Remote — United States. Paid hourly, fully remote, with hours that flex around the Navratri event calendar.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design event flyers, social media graphics, ads, banners, email graphics, and promotional materials in Canva.
- Build creative for event launches, promotions, giveaways, and marketing campaigns on tight turnarounds.
- Maintain brand consistency across all organizer and Rameelo materials.
- Build and maintain reusable Canva templates so the team can ship routine assets without you.
- Work with the social and client success teams to turn campaign briefs into finished creative.
- Export and optimize every design for digital and print formats.
Skills & Tools
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio of design work — flyers, social graphics, or ad creative.
- Fluent in Canva, including templates, brand kits, and quick multi-size exports.
- Fast, dependable turnaround on a real campaign calendar.
- An eye for premium, uncluttered design that still feels festive.
- Appreciation for Garba, Dandiya, and South Asian visual culture.
